Pleeeease tell me you cooked it to 145 not 125! 125 is right smack in the middle of the unsafe bacteria growing range for large cuts of meat. Anything less than about 145 for that and you risk your family's health.
❤😅
I planted about 200 green bean seeds, 4 different packets, 2 different varieties…and maybe 5 of them sprouted. I have no idea what I did but I definitely did something wrong lol. It did rain a lot that week so maybe they just rotted? That’s the only thing I can think of. But it was sad for sure.
Grilled or pickled onions would be great.
Great video. I was just wondering where your got the little cute straight sided jar that your Dijon Mustard was in. I tried finding one like it online but none of them look like yours. Thank You!❤
i have been buying brown rice crispies from Azure for at least 10 years.
Enjoying your videos and learning from you! In this video, I love the bowl you’re using to mix the ciabatta dough. Checked your links and didn’t see it listed. Can you share where it’s from?
Thanks for sharing!💜🙏🏼
Becky tell me the name of your jeans you wear and where you buy them!! Please forgive me for being so forward!! Love all your clothes and cooking you do!! Love your show!! Please forgive me!!
Here for the bread but staying for the beef. Another banger, Becky! Thank you. ❤
This is totally different question. My crock pot died. I do not have an instant pot and was wondering will the instant pot also do slow cooking like a crock pot? Any suggestions from anyone who has used both.
💗
If these green bean seeds don't survive I would think it's the soil. You reused your soil 2 years in a row it might be a bad bacteria molding the seed.
I make roast beef sandwich meat with eye of round all the time. The meat I buy at Costco normally comes two smaller roasts in one pack and has a nice fat cap. The fat cap should be left on while cooking, but cut off before slicing. Fat cap UP while cooking keeps the meat moist. The rub I use is rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and olive oil. I cook it on a rack on a cookie sheet at 275F until 125 internal temp. Refrigerate overnight and then slice. We bought a Borlebbi meat slicer that works well. Hubby slices while I stand on the other side and grab each piece of meat to stack. Seems safer with 2 people. I vacuum seal packs with just enough for a meal for the two of us and freeze. It freezes very well.
Your Ciabatta Bread looks wonderful, so I'm giving it a go today as I will be baking sandwich bread anyway. Yum!
I have a Bosch mixer and love it! I’m so happy someone close to my age also as one and is and enthusiastic about it like me.
It taken the algorithm a while to find you though since I don’t see anything on your headings about Bosch. I’d recommend that for people like me.
I just completed a summer baking class and in class we used a Kitchenaid which gave me headaches when it came time for bread making. Translating new (to me) recipes that were enriched doughs, like challah, don’t have any tutorials from people who use a Bosch mixer, which would be really useful.
Next time brine the beef to get more flavor throughout or do your mustard binder, season it and let it sit uncovered in the fridge overnight. That’s what I’ve started doing with my ribs. The mustard and salt permeate the meat better, dry out the surface a bit and the seasoning really holds on to the meat for a better crust.
I've never had honey mustard beef, but my mom used to use that when cooking chicken on the BBQ. I bet it's delicious!
The roast beef looked good but I think the ciabatta bread looked even better!
Wondering if you have considered saving your own seeds and using them to grow your own plants around your bees? Definitely consider the possibility, you always have beautiful plants.
C’est dommage que vous n’avez pas traduit toutes vos vidéos, moi j’adore vous suivre mais je ne comprends pas très bien l’anglais 😢😢
I love you videos ❤
I love my slice my has two different blandes best thing l was giving l slice cheese bread meats with it
😊😊
I didn’t know what I was expecting when you said it was “lunch meat?” That’s just leftover Sunday Roast to a Brit, we do that sort of thing most Sundays! It did look delicious though 😋
Sorry I can't eat raw meat,I will GET SICK.
Beautiful job on the meat! But I am cringing – much too rare for me.
Becky, be careful with Eucalyptus oil – even in a diffuser, as it is highly toxic to dogs…and to cats. I have a cat, so I researched this a few weeks ago just to check.
